2022 USAFF Masters Online Qualifier

USA Functional Fitness would like to invite all Masters Athletes (30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65+) to participate in the USAFF online qualifier to earn a spot to represent the United States at the International Functional Fitness Federation’s Masters World Championships taking place November 18-20, 2022 in Aruba

USA Functional Fitness (USAFF) is the national governing body for competitive functional fitness in the United States of America. USAFF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to promote and grow the functional fitness as a competitive sport in the U.S. We are an official member of the International Functional Fitness Federation. Our sport (Competitive Functional Fitness) aims to tests athletes’ proficiency across a variety of movement patterns, activities, and energy systems. Athletes must show their competency in various realms, including demonstrations of their aerobic capacity, strength, bodyweight endurance, bodyweight skill, mixed modal capacity, and power. Functional Fitness athletes showcase resiliency, in that they can perform to their max potential through the expression of strength, power and endurance.  The 2020 Season Kicks off Feb 10th, 2020 with the Online Qualifier (information to be released soon).

Reach For The Rings tells the story of the sport of Functional Fitness striving to reach the Olympic Games, focusing on the 2019 iF3 World Championships in Sweden and the USA’s quest to dominate the podium.
